Haynes Ford Maidstone were great because they was very friendly, wasn’t pushy towards purchase. All in all great service

I would not recommend Haynes Ford Maidstone because car brought via Ford Direct. Up sold diamond bright protection which was applied to a dirty car. Washer fluid empty and petrol empty
Had to return to the dealship twice to rectify these issues. The car needed re be re valeted
Lost faith in Haynes as little attention to detail . I was told that the cars are not checked over at Haynes as Ford Direct cars, however would Ford direct not check basic stuff like washer fluid. No real apology from the salesman as it feels like once the car is sold he was not really interested.

Haynes Ford Maidstone were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they had the car I wanted, answered all my questions, were polite, helpful, knowledgeable and very affable. This is my third Ford from Haynes and I look forward to buying my next one from them too !
